The following information is gathered from our website visitors:
Billing Information: We collect billing information in order to process credit card payments through our Online Store. This information is fully encrypted via our GeoTrust SSL certificate and is used solely to process payments for purchases made through the online store.
Shipping Information: We collect shipping details expressly for the purpose of shipping products purchased through our Online Store.
Monthly Contest: We collect information for our monthly contest for the purpose of randomly selecting a winner and subsequently shipping the product that is won. If, and only if, entrants optionally select "Yes" when prompted "Would you like to receive information about TFO Canada products?", then Temple Fork Outfitters Canada will, at their sole discretion, periodically contact entrants with information pertaining only to new products and web site updates.
Warranty Registration: We collect information through our warranty registration form in order to better serve you, our customer. By filling out your warranty online, your warranty can be registered more efficiently than via standard mail, and your registration can be more easily referenced when needed. We collect product purchase information for two reasons: i) To determine what rod model you have sent us for repair in the event that you have failed to provide us with adequate information to proceed with the repair, and ii) to gain an understanding of our product sales numbers.

We do not share your information with any third party. Information is collected for the above reasons only.
The people that are given access to this information
Billing and Shipping information is only available to the Billing Department and Shipping Department at Springbrook Manufacturing (1993) Ltd.
Monthly contest information is available to the web site administrator and the marketing department at Springbrook Manufacturing (1993) Ltd. The marketing department will only use the information to select winners for the monthly contest and to contact those entrants who gave permission to be contacted.
